Lazy Dog Restaurants is a casual-dining chain known for its cozy, lodge-inspired atmosphere and a diverse, chef-driven menu. The company partnered with me to update its digital presence and improve how customers discover locations and interact with their online brand.

Key achievements:

• Customized the Monochrome Shopify theme using Liquid, HTML, and CSS to align with brand and functional requirements.

• Built and structured reusable page templates and components to support scalable content creation across restaurant locations.

• Developed modular, component-based sections to improve maintainability and consistency; implemented responsive styling to ensure cross-device performance and accessibility; partnered with a designer to implement animations and interactive elements.

• Engineered a custom interactive map feature enabling customers to browse restaurant locations, powered by Shopify Metaobjects, to allow the internal team to easily manage and update location data.
